Concept Drawing 1
the original design brought the Rico Rock waterfalls along the back edge of the pool with a fire pit area just below featuring the boulder fire pit to bring the natural elements to the lower level of the yard. The design also featured a second fire pit area in the upper level of the patio that could be switched out from fire to living/dining space. The hot tub was located near the house along with an outdoor kitchen. As a first concept where the home owners aren’t sure what they want exactly it is common to introduce a design then with that ideas are formed because the homeowners can now visualize the space and make modifications to their Lifestyle.

Concept 2
After receiving more detailed pictures of the new home and some feedback the project started to come to life. The Outdoor kitchen was moved to a Pool/yard house in the lower area of the yard and the firepit moved near the new structure. The upper firepit area was removed an the Hot tub received boulders to surround and incorporate it into the design.

Concept 3
The project is really starting to take shape, the fire pit is moved to the center and flanked by steps giving access to the play area and pool house. The hot tub is the most dramatic, fully surrounding it with two waterfalls and a stream bed along the pool. Stone steppers now for the access to the tub on either side and potted plants along the back give work access. The hot tub now blends into the natural landscape.

Project Eclipse – Marlbank

This Project started as a new liner installation and a need to reconfigure the entry system for the pool. Instead of a white step coing from outside the pool perimeter the family wanted steps inside the pool and to lengthen the steps into the shallow end to give seating options.

After much deliberation and time The Liddell family decided to remove the old Vinyl Liner Pool and replace with the Eclipse Fiberglass pool. This stunning pool gives ample lounge area inside the pool and seating options to relax during our hot summers. The Eclipse pool is even ideal for the family’s grandpuppy and neighbor dogs to enjoy a safe dip without threat of damaging the liner.

Wanting an at home vacation retreat, we met with our homeowners to design the idea setting. A custom fire table wall hugs the curve of the pool. The the troublesome back area of the yard was addressed with a raised deck and pergola to give a serene destination retreat.
